By using this American Institute of Nondestructive Testing (AINDT) application, you agree to have your information collected and used under the following terms.
Information Collected: AINDT application will only collect the personal information that you provide to us when you register and use the application. This includes the contact and financial information you enter, messages you send to us, and products or services for which you register. We collect and use this information to provide you with the services you request and help you book appointments. Because this information is used for your appointments and provision of healthcare, you must provide us with accurate and complete information and notify us if there are changes.
Information Shared with Third Parties: We will not share your information with third parties without your permission, except for legitimate business purposes, to obey laws, or to fulfill other obligations. This includes legal proceedings (such as complying with court orders or subpoenas).
Access to Information: Access to your information is limited to our employees who need to use it for legitimate and allowed business purposes and to business associates who are obligated to adhere to the same protections and confidentiality.
International Protections: Our servers may be located in another country and your information may be stored in an international facility. We will take every step to ensure that your information is protected in compliance with this policy and applicable regulations. This includes protection from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction of your information.
Length of Storage: We will store your information for as long as it is needed to provide you services (or longer, if required by law).
Information from Minors: We do not knowingly collect data from children less than 18 years of age. When you use this application, you represent that you are AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE. We do not treat, provide services to, or otherwise solicit information from minors.
Third-Party Information: Our application may contain links, advertisements, or information that is located on a third-party website. These websites are not affiliated with us and we cannot provide assurances regarding the safety and privacy of those third-party websites. We are not responsible for the safety, privacy, and content of any other website or application. It is your responsibility to review the information and be aware of policies of any third parties.
Review and Update Information: You can review and update your information by logging in and altering your account information. You can also contact us to update any information. You may terminate your account, but we cannot delete all of your information. As a healthcare provider, we are required by law to keep certain information.
Unsubscribe: You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time. This can be done by contacting us or by selecting “unsubscribe” in the email. We may still send you emails that are related to your account.
California’s “Shine the Light” law: California residents may request a detailed disclosure of how personal information was shared for direct marketing reasons. This disclosure will contain the third parties we have shared information with within the past 12 months. California residents may request this disclosure once a year.
Updates: We may make updates to this policy. Please note the revision date at the bottom of this document. The revisions will be effective the same date they are posted. If material changes are made, we will notify you, such as through a message in the application or via email. You should review this policy often, as changes may be made periodically.
